Can any one share an MS Excel product rating template that will rate a product based on any 5 factors of that product, factors doesn't matter as I need a sample to refer.

This is very important to have a record for business products. Mostly big enterprises used to maintain software for their business rating and keeping the total record for their products, but for small or middle size companies it is better to have some simple Excel spreadsheet and there are so many templates are available in so many websites.
