I always wanted to have a gadgets that has a  wide screen,  android phones have simply screen  that are way too large.I want to buy Samsung Galaxy S3.But What is the size of its screen, so that I can have an idea what gadgets I'm going to buy?
Samsung Galaxy S3 which is the largest Smartphone that Samsung has ever built has a screen size of 4.8 – inch with an 8.6 mm thickness. So you can definitely proceed. By some way you can say that it is better than iPhone 5.
But if you give importance to the resolution, you should keep in mind that
it has a resolution of 720p pixel that might be less than the other smart phones.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a 3G Smartphone operating on 2G and 3G network bands using GSM and HSPA technologies. It was announced to the public and released on May 2012 measuring 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 millimeters and weighing 133 grams. It uses micro-SIM card and has Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution.

It ships with either Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich or Android 4.3 Jelly Bean powered by Exynos 4412 Quad chipset, 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Cortex-A9 processor, and Mali-400MP4 GPU. It supports microSD expandable up to 64 GB. It runs on 1 GB RAM with internal storage available in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities.
The primary camera supports 8 megapixels with f/2.6 and 1/3″ sensor size featuring LED flash, autofocus, face and smile detection, geo-tagging, and touch focus. It supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps. The secondary camera supports 1.9 megapixels with f/2.6 and 720p video recording at 30 fps.
It has 3.5-millimeter jack featuring active noise cancellation with dedicated mic; Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, and hotspot support; Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, EDR, and aptX support; GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS support; NFC; stereo FM radio with RDS support; and microUSB 2.0 with MHL TV-out and USB Host support.
It has built-in accelerometer, gyro, compass, barometer, and proximity sensors. The pre-installed web browser supports HTML with Adobe Flash support. Java is not supported. It runs on removable Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery with standby time up to 590 hours on 2G and 790 hours on 3G. Talk time is up to 21 hours 40 minutes on 2G and 11 hours 40 minutes on 3G.
It is available in marble white, garnet red, pebble blue, titanium grey, sapphire black, amber brown, and la fleur colors.
