If you can install the Samsung Kies phone software on your computer and it runs normally then there is no compatibility issue. Connecting your Samsung handset to Samsung Kies can be done using two options. First, using the USB cable that comes with your mobile phone and second, via Bluetooth if your handset supports Bluetooth technology.
