Samsung Note 4 Came With Virus?

I have just set up a new Samsung 4 right out of the box from T Mobile.  The phone is acting really crazy and freezing up. Plus it keeps opening and closing apps without me touching the screen. Should I be concerned and just turn this phone back in to them>?

 Hi Tyrone E Louis Just close the phone and return it to the box making sure that nothing is damaged or crack. Call your supplier or the store where you buy your unit and ask for a replacement. And bring your warranty with you. the store owner must comply with the warranty and change your unit to a better one.
