Hi there,
I have Samsung Note 3 N9005 LTE 4G, my problem is every time I am connected to the internet for like 20 minutes, the screen will freeze then I lose network connection, I have checked the settings and everything looks okay. Factory reset is not helping at all, the battery is also getting very hot during internet browsing, what is the problem and how can I solve this?

Turning off "Auto network switch" will fix your issues as there is no no problem in Reception

Are you talking about the data connection, LTE, or the Wi-Fi connection of your Samsung Galaxy Note? If its about your data connection, try disabling your Smart Wi-Fi. Or if its an issue with the three connections, try running the OTA update. Check if there is an available update for your Note and then install it. If running the update or resetting your device doesn't work, call your service provider and tell them about the issue you are having. Sometimes, this is an issue with your SIM card that needs replacement. Else, ask for replacement on your Note if its under warranty. It is very uncommon for a device to overheat during a certain task, not unless there is an issue with your battery or your device itself.
