Samsung Phone Problem with Keypad Light Blinks

I always receive an error message that says, 3D010017 on my Samsung SGH-T139 cell phone and its keypad light blinks. I removed the battery already and opened it again but it did not work. What seems to be the problem? Please help me identify the best solution to the problem. Thank you!

Samsung Phone Problem with Keypad Light Blinks

Hello Deborah,

I have encountered and red about users complaint regarding that error and most of them have the same unit. You can try to remove your battery for about 5 minutes, and return back in. As soon as you are able to type at the contact screen, type #06# or *#06#. If error message still exist, contact your Service provider -it might only need to flash your mobile. If it doesn't work, then ask for the device warranty and have them replaced at your nearest service center. I advise you to avail a new mobile phone with a different brand, since Samsung SGH-t139 are prone to software problem.
