Saving a document as ZOHO DOC

Hello,

I am facing a problem in saving a document as ZOHO DOC. When I try to save it in my desired format, I get an error which says "internal server error". I simply don't understand what this error means. An error code also appears which 2201 is but I don't know what kind of an error is this?

Is anybody facing such a problem? If yes do let me know.

Saving a document as ZOHO DOC

Hi Jane/Priscilla, sorry for the inconvenience,  are you saving it in your hard drive? Just click on the export link  on top and select a format, and save it in the specific location on your hard drive. Are you saving it in your  ZOHO docs online? Just be sure to have internet connection  although you can edit and access without connection because it will synchronized . 

Click on upload option and click bulk upload from the menu. Select a folder to place a document on the left side.
