Hello,
I have a Samsung X22 laptop, with XP pro SP3, and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD2400.
With Firefox or Google Chrome, since two days my system crashes systematically reading streaming videos: blue screen, forced restart required ….
I reinstalled the driver for the graphics card, updated Flash, nothing to do …
If you know something over …
Thank you!

Samsung Laptop crashes when loading streaming videos
I've a few of options for you. Please try these steps.
-
Reinstall your Video Card. Use the updated installer version.
-
Shutdown your laptop and remove the battery. Remove your Video Card from your Laptop (if you don't know how to remove your videocard to your laptop you can call for help with a friend or technician with knowledge about this). Clean the Motherboard slot and your Video Card. Install your Video Card to your Motherboard again. Now you can use your Laptop.
-
Reformat your laptop making this way it makes sure that there is no corrupted files and errors in your computer.
-
If this error continues your Video Card might me the problem and needs to be replaced.

I haven’t experienced that when watching online videos. Try updating both your web browsers and Adobe Flash Player. I don’t think that problem is with Flash Player. It’s more likely caused by your web browser. If you encounter this problem with YouTube, make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. Try downloading the latest version of your browser from the following:
Also, make sure Flash Player is up-to-date. Download the latest version from here:
