Screen loading half blank when on incoming call

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running on KitKat4.4.41 which started loading incoming call screen Half blank with the red button and green button missing, I have done factory rest and  got a good full screen for a while and now am back to the problem, what could be the cause for this? How do I get a full display?

Screen loading half blank when on incoming call

I have also got the same issue, due to the following reasons:

1) Your phone must have approximate full RAM, please check your RAM and try to remove some extra data.

2) Or your processor is not working properly, because when you have restarted, it works fine, but when you have used it the problem persists.
