Screencast connection errors before it even exports

Hi,

Every time I want to upload a video to screencast this error appears. I have checked my Internet connection and is working just fine like usually. I think this could be a problem with my Camtasia Studio so can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What is the problem ?

Camtasia could not upload the video to Screencast.com because the connection was lost.

Screencast connection errors before it even exports

This problem may be related to your connection. If you are sure that it is working well. Then follow the given steps.

• Check your drivers and program. Are both latest or of same version.
• Check is there a malware or spyware that infected your system or program.
• In this case scan your system and remove all corrupt file and programs.
• Restart your system, now it should work properly.
