I have to take a screenshot of my desktop so that I can attach it in the mail, how do I take a screenshot on windows 7. Anyone knows how to do so.

Screenshots On Windows 7, How Do I Take A Screenshot On Windows 7. Help, Please.

There are two ways of taking a screenshot on windows 7

1. Using the snipping tool
2. Using the windows print SCR

By snipping,

Click on the start button and type Snipping Tool in the search box. Select Snipping tool from results.

After Snipping tool opens, you can start snipping. It may be the entire desktop or just a window, you can capture anything. You just have to draw the outlines of what you want to be captured.

By Print SCR,

Press windows key along with print SCR button while the screen is active as per your requirement, that is you have the window; open, which you want to take a shot of.

Then open Paint by searching it from the start menu and press CTRL+V or click on the paste button.

You’ll have your screenshot ready.
