SD Card Not Working With Ubuntu

Need help with this Acer Aspire and SD Card. I just finished installing Ubuntu when the I noticed the SD card reader is not mounting automatically. Is this something I am suppose to do mainly? Any steps to get this fixed would be great. Tried to google it and could not find a answer.

SD Card Not Working With Ubuntu

Once you installed Ubuntu on your laptop, some of the drivers were wiped out hence some of the hardware of your computer will not work efficiently. To fix this, simply browse over the internet and find drivers for SD card and install them. Restart your laptop once complete. Your laptop should now be able to mount the SD card.
