Searching the best rar file copier in free

You don't need any kind of software if you're just copying or moving .rar files from one location to another. But if you're asking for software that are used to extract .rar files then you can check out any of these software:

• http://www.7-zip.org/
• https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

After you install any of these you can now extract .rar files by right-clicking them then there will be a new option there that says Extract, just click it and you're done.
