Searching for a utility to replace latex document

I have a latex document that needs to be replaced into an open document text file. So I am searching for the best utility to do this. Where can I search for best latex document replace utility? Please give some links if possible.

Hello.

1. If you can spend some money, you can get Adobe InDesign for your page layout program then use a nice plug-in called MathMagic.

2. This program is for publishing documents. Adobe Indesign is good for handling all those EPS documents that are not  

correct.

3. I've found that editing MATLAB graphs by adding text and resizing is a great way to get things into your reports.
