Yes, you can upload your important data into the server or whenever you feel you need that data , you can restore the data. Without any data loss. This service is provided by Microsoft Corporation. This service is fully secure, If you want more security you can generate secure password.

Follow these steps to make a backup of your data on the server:

1.  Click the Start button

2.  Click Control Panel

3.  Click System and Maintenance

4.  Click Backup and Restore Center and

5.   Then click backup files.

Hello,

Yes, you can, but there are some risks. There is a chance you will lose all of your files, so there are two options. First, keep a backup of your files, or you can save your files on other drivers or removable discs. I think using another drive is safer.
