Seeking editor video to image converter to extract some images from video

What is iMeXoR like as a software, it claims to be able to extract images from most video files, is it a good editor video to image converter / extractor software tool? I don't want to convert the entire video to images, just extract a few images from it.

Hi Earl L Shyrock,

I have here a great application in accordance to your concern about video editing, the application is called the Adobe After Effects, with this application, you can edit your video files and then it is capable also in importing and exporting from the project files and you can put many different effects on it, I believe that you can make a star wards scene with this application
