Select User or group error with selected objects

Hi,

Configuration Manager 2012 setup fails at Prerequisites Check with Error “Failed to connect to registry on machine SQL (FQDN)”. I cannot solve this so is there anyone who might help me please ? What could be the problem ?

An object (User, Group, or Built-in security principal) with the following mane cannot be found: “sccmdomCAS1$”. Check the selected object types and locations for accuracy and ensure that you have typed the object name correctly, or remove this object from the selection.

Select User or group error with selected objects

Hello,

There is a suggestion that I can advice you.

If the Manager configuration server analysis service is running under account : NT ServiceMSSqlOLAPService on the remote database then is not available on local project server.

You need to ended up changing above account to a domain account to get it to work.
