Self Registration Error has encountered

Hello,

I have Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate and I first downloaded the software it wanted me to: "HarmonyRemoteSoftware32bit.exe" 

Crashes with "Catastrophic failure" message with error 0x8000FFFF. (below) (64 bit version follow: How can I fix this error? Thanks for help.

Self Registration Error has encountered

Hi,
    This is an uncommon error. If the windows is genuine then there should be no registration error.

The reason can be that the windows you bought is not from a reliable vendor.

The best solution would be to go to the vendor and report the matter and they will give you another copy or help you with this issue! because if you tried to do something manually this will kill your guarantee and the software will be compromised.
