Self Service Portal giving error

Hi there,

For a few weeks I am testing a Self Service Portal and until now I never had an error, everything worked great. Today this error showed up and I don’t have a solution. I don’t understand what may be the problem and why it can’t submit my request. Can anyone help me with this error? Please tell me how can I fix this error. Thanks!

Self Service Portal giving error

Hello There,

It seems you are accessing this portal via some device, did you check whether such compatibility is already established or not? if not, then this kind of problem is very likely to happen.

Check if your data connection is working or not or any tool which may block your connection. Actually posting error/exception message is responsibility of developer and we may need to get in touch with development team to get insight if this can occur for any other reason.
