I want the external senders to be allowed to use the external distribution list in Exchange 2010. I don’t have technical know-hows to do it and need your help. Can you lend me the steps?

Senders Using The External Distribution List In Exchange 2010.

Iterate these steps to allow email addresses from external area to use the group:

1. Stretch the Organization Configuration in the Exchange Management Console. Choose Distribution List node.
2. Locate the Distribution Group and double-click the object.
3. Select Message Delivery Restrictions after choosing Mail Flow Setting and then press Properties button.
4. Uncheck the Authentication Requirement and Click Ok until the box closes.

External users can now exploit the distribution list.
