Sending multiple emails on one account

I’m using multiple e-mail accounts and thinking of forwarding all the mails I receive to just one account but apprehensive of any disadvantages it will cause. What are the repercussions of doing this? What I have in mind is when sending message, the single account that I have set up will be used by using one SMTP server, and when I need to reply to messages, it will be from a different account other than the one I have set up, but I’m afraid that by doing this, “sent messages” might be detected and consequently be blocked by spam fighting tools such as SPF being used by the recipient or by their provider. Help me on this please.

This is actually a great idea if you are afraid that your main email address will possibly treated as spam by your Internet service provider.

Most Internet Service Provider has a department that counts how many messages you are allowed to send in one day. Once you exceeded the quota, your email will either temporarily disabled for sending and or it'll be treated as spam.

You can set-up multiple email accounts on your email client such as Outlook or Microsoft Outlook. To create multiple email address in your email client, Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook, do the following steps below.

Go to Tools, Account Settings
Click on Add New Email account
Set-up incoming and outgoing email server
Type the account information such as username and password
Go to Next and Finished, then do it again to add additional email address

When sending email, you'll be prompted to what email you are going to use when sending. You will just need to select on the drop down arrow of list of email addresses configure on outlook.

Choose the desired email address you want to select to send the messages or as the main source of the email.

Click on New or Compose new email
On the "To" Field, type all email address to where you want to send the messages
Go to "From" field, select the email address and then push send
In this, you will be sending the email address to the assigned email address for sending

Now, in order for you to receive email address in one email account, you'll need to forward all messages that replied back to the main sender and forward to your primary email address.

Log-in to webmail, type the email address/password
Go to Settings
Then forward a copy of the email messages to your primary email address
