Sequencing IBM SPSS Amos 21 error occurred

Hi,

I am beginner in Amos, just started to learn new concepts in details. I ended with an error message when I try to display a thumbnail in Amos. I have no idea why this happened. How to solve this error? I appreciated if any could solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

An error occurred while attempting to display a thumbnail for the file. Ex05-a.amw.

It came from a trusted site. All of the information about AMOS is included here. http://www.sussex.ac.uk/its/pdfs/Amos_20_User_Guide.pdf you can also download this pdf file to have a copy so that you dont need to connect to the internet just to open the link. It also has tutorials so that you will able to became more familiar in all aspects of AMOS.
