Hi,
I was trying to edit images using Photoshop on my Mac when suddenly this error message appeared. It seemed the software crashed so tried reinstalling but the same error happened. I tried restarting my Mac then reinstalling but nothing improved. Please help me resolve the problem ASAP. Thanks.
Sorry, a serious error has been detected. To continue using Adobe Photoshop, please reinstall the application.

Serious error when using Adobe Photoshop
Hello there! I hope that you're having a great day. I believe that some of the file preferences has been corrupted. Delete your preferences on your photoshop and try if it will work. If this won't work you really need to un-install photoshop and try re-installing it again. This also happened to me before and what I did is un-install then re-install photoshop. Make sure that you install "original" . This has nothing to do with your Mac, it is an application crash because of corrupted files. Just follow what I've said and it will surely help your problem. I'm happy to help you.
