Hi,
I tried to login with my username and password in the server. I received the error message as under.Â
However, I am sure that there was no such mistake mentioned below.Â
Please help me to solve the problem.
The server responded with an error.
The server did not recognize your username or password for account "[email protected]."
Make sure you enter them correctly.

The error was that your username and password was not recognized by the machine. It either you have entered an incorrect username or password or the username does not exist. Try entering your username and password carefully. I think you have misspelled your password, so type your password slowly and carefully if you are alone.Â

If you are certain you entered everything correctly, username and password. I may be that you did not notice some common errors while typing user authentication.
1. Try typing slowly, sometimes typing fast the password could just be miss spelled.
2. Try typing the password in another app, pages or numbers just to double check if your computer accepts all your inputs correctly.
3. If these things checkout, the only possible reason is that your administrator changed your password.

Hello Jeo,
The problem you are experiencing is because you are either entering the username or password incorrectly. Please try to check whether your keyboard is in caps by typing the password on a word document. If you are inputting correctly may be you have changed the password or user name or your system admin has done it if you are in a network. Those are the main reason you are not being logged in.

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

From iCal Preferences, you will need to check if it is showing that you have two of the same account.

You will need get rid of one account.

After that everything should be fine.
