Server Error in Application OFFICESCAN

Hi,

Every time I try to open the OSCE web console and I have checked the address “C:Program Files (x86)Trend MicroOffice ScanPCCSRVPLMDAL ComponentsDAL Filter64.dll and nothing seems to miss. Can anyone help me please to start OFFICESCAN ?

HTTP Error 500.0-Internal Server Error

Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter “C:Program Files (x86)Trend MicroOffice ScanPCCSRVPLMDAL ComponentsDAL Filter64.dll” failed.

Server Error in Application OFFICESCAN

You can fix this issue by following these steps. 

1 You have to open the command prompt on OfficeScan Server

2 Just alternate the directory to Program FilesTrend MicroOfficeScanPCCRV.

3 Type the following command by opening the above directory> Svrsvcsetup –setvirdir

4 Type the next command after that > Svrsvcsetup –setprivilege

5 Now type the last command > Svrsvcsetup –enablessl

Once the process completes, Try to login to the server Console again.
