Server execution failed using Windows Media Player

Hello,

I am trying to play a TV Shows using Windows Media Player but I am getting the Server execution failed error. I searched online for the solution but I can’t find a resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Server execution failed using Windows Media Player

Do the following steps to fix this error:

1. Run Command Prompt with Administrator right (press Start button, type “cmd”, right click Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator)
2. Type “regsvr32 jscript.dll” and press Enter.
3. On pop up window, press OK.
4. Next type “regsvr32 vbscript.dll” and press Enter again, press OK.
5. Close Command Prompt and open the file again.
