Service not start on Local Computer Error 1053

Hi dear,

I am using window xp operating system when I open any website then this error appear again and again I install again Internet Explorer 7 in my system but same problem appear again and again please tell me why this problem occur.

Could not start the Citrix Service Name Service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control in a timely fashion.

Service not start on Local Computer Error 1053

Hi there, this is not your internet explorer issue. This is Desktop Delivery controller Issue.

You can face this problem, if you change some configuration file Like CdsController, Imaproxy, PoolMgr etc.

If you try to edit that file and make some mistake to write a single dot or dash sign then this problem occurs.

Easily you can solve this issue. Please go to Add Remove program from control panel then click Desktop Delivery Controller then click change. After that please follow instruction and reappear these things from here. And finally restart your computer.

After that please upgrade your computer with all Microsoft patches.
