Services.exe application error; The memory could not be “read”

Hello experts

My desktop is not coming.

The moment I start my PC I get the following error. Services.exe application error.

The instruction at 0x37001160 referenced memory at "0x37001160 The memory could not be read.

Click OK to terminate the program, click cancel to debug the program

Can anyone out suggest me some way to fix this error?? 

Please help. Thanks.

Services.exe application error; The memory could not be “read”

 

I’m not sure if your computer’s problem with services.exe is a problem with the installed physical RAM on your CPU or with Windows only.

You can try to fix the problem within Windows by clearing the event logs.

1. Click Start then Control Panel.
2. Click Performance and Maintenance.
3. Click Administrative Tools.
4. Double-click Event Viewer.

 

On the left panel you will see the first 3 event logs: Application, Security, and System just like the one displayed above. Select each of the 3 event logs and then right-click then select Clear all Events. Click No when asked if you want to save it. Do this on the 3 event logs.
