I want to set the storage exchange 2010 mailbox quota according to my needs but I can find any proper method to do that as I am a beginner using this. Please someone help me out in this problem.

Set Storage Exchange 2010 Mailbox Quota Steps

To set the mailbox limit in exchange 2010_

1. Launch your exchange server
2. Then open the exchange management console
3. Proceed to organization configuration
4. Then you need to click on mailbox
5. Then right click on database and then properties
6. Then proceed to the limits tab and then set the issue warning, prohibit send and prohibit send and receive at quotas
7. Also set the warning message interval

This is the way to set the quotas.
