Setup default browser for open save box html

I have a website sitting on java scripts and I have this link where it opens and save a text file. I would like this to be a part of the HTML code of my website.

However, I have problem regarding the default browser to be used for this open save box html. How could I present this in the HTML code? Or can this be done through a JavaScript?

Setup default browser for open save box html

Hi

To set Internet Explorer as the default browser follow the below steps:

 

Step 1. Open the Control Panel and go to the Internet Options.

Step 2. Click the Programs tab.

Step 3. Check the option Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser.

Step 4. The next time you open Internet Explorer, you should be prompted to set it as the default browser.

Hi,

I think Java can be helpful to you. But you can also  put internet explorer because default web browser stick to the below methods:

1. Open up the Command Screen along with go to the Web Alternatives.
2. Click the Software programs tabs.
Step. Check the alternative internet explorer really should determine whether it be the default web browser.
Step. When a person wide open internet explorer, you have to be encouraged to create it because default web browser.
