Setup Error Message in Lookup software

Hi everybody I need little help to solve this error. I installed lookup tools in my computer and when I active it, then I see this error message. Why I see this error message?

"ErrMsg 0x000007

Error Message Lookup

The storage control blocks were destroyed".

I cannot use this lookup tools for this error. Now what I should do? Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you

Setup Error Message in Lookup software

Hi Hisanan,

            There is available program which specialized in troubleshooting just like you encountered regarding Look Up Software.  All You have to do is follow what is instructed in Exchange Management Troubleshooter Or EMT shooter for short.  of course you have to install this program to be able for you to solve what your problem is. Installed first the Troubleshooter Zip File.   When done in installing, You also have to download the EMT shooter which can be easily downloaded. and you have to click the command run.

        Then the software are now ready to troubleshoot and will give instruction on how you will get with the problem.
