SharePoint 2010 service applications error has encountered

Hello,

I am currently having issues with BCS, Metadata and Access Services in my SharePoint environment.

I have the issue with BSC once I open the SharePoint site in SharePoint designer and click on ‘External Content Type’ on the top menu and I got this following error message.

I have confirmed all the configuration settings but I could not resolve this issue.

Can I get resolution to fix this problem?

Any assistance would be helpful.
