I am facing problem in SharePoint Store and getting ERROR.
I am configuring SharePoint 2013 on a new SharePoint Server's environment and it was working well, I was able to download and install some Applications and thought I would do it a next day and I had accomplished something.
The next day I start to complete, I tried to Add an App and received this error.
Sorry, we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store.
Try again in a bit.

I have confirmed about the matter. I am saying confidently that there is an App management shared service that you need to add to the Farm. You will probably need to configure the Subscriptions setting service also.

I believe that the following method can help you resolve the problem you are facing.
1. Go to Central Admin and then to ‘Manage Web Application’.
2. Select the application and go to ‘Manage features, and activate internet access to the store.
3. Ensure that the following are taken care.
Apps that require accessible internet facing endpoints
Allow users to acquire apps that require internet facing endpoints from the SharePoint Store.
4. Reset and everything might work fine.
