In SharePoint how to protect column data

Hi,    

      I am  using share point 2010.  I have a data sheet  view list in share point 2010. I want to  protect  column data from which no one can enable to  change it. In share point how to protect column data I have no idea. Please help me and solve my issue as soon as possible.

In SharePoint how to protect column data

Hi Herold,

I shall tell you how to solve the security issue on Share Point 2010. You can download software which will allow you to protect your data. Here is what you need to do:

1. You can download Share Point Column Protector 2.0.0.13. Just visit the page and click the download button at the top left corner. You will get an attachment of 5.40mb.

2. Extract the files and there will be a file which will install the software and two user manuals.

3. Open the SCP_2010_-_User_Guide which is a pdf file and it will guide you through the whole process.
