Actually, this case happens oftentimes, but I did not figure it out or tried to fix it. Lately, it happened again.
On Google Chrome browser, I sometimes get an error on Shockwave Flash. What should I do if the Shockwave Flash error occurs again? What causes a Shockwave Flash error?

Google Chrome Error on Shockwave Flash
I too, was facing frequent Shockwave Flash crashes in Chrome. Luckily, one trick worked for me, visit this link.
Google Chrome Error on Shockwave Flash

If this error continues, try these methods.
Â
1. Uninstall all components of Adobe Flash Player Plug-in and Active-X. Then reinstall Shockwave Flash Player.  This can be done by choosing user settings, then Add/Remove programs.
Â
2. Use the most updated Flash Player if your Flash Player 9 (or any newer version) is not working. The Player could be downloaded from official web site of Adobe.
Â
3. Also to make sure the drivers are updated.  In fact, some drivers are available within the computer but have to be updated by downloading some files via Internet to run on computer successfully.
Â
4. The cause of the crash maybe the sound drivers. If so, follow these.
Â
a) Device Manager, b) Open Sound-card device, c) Note that device’s name, d) Uninstall it, e) Restart after uninstalling, and f) Latest sound driver will be automatically downloaded and reinstalled by Windows 7 or Windows Vista.  Or do the download manually via the visiting website of the sound card company.

Hope this could help.
