Shortcut key or Software for printing screen

I know that Print Screen button will copy the Screen as an image and upon paste in any graphic software it will be seen, to do the printing of the screen, I have to use any graphic software, is it possible to achieve the printing of screen using any shortcut key or is there any software for printing screen?

Shortcut key or Software for printing screen

There are a number of software solutions for capturing screen images. What you use depends on your requirements. 

If you are looking to use the images on your local machine to be pasted into documents etc. then ZapGrab and Snagit are both very useful.  I have found ZapGrab to be easier to use, but many people prefer Snagit.

A free trial version of Snagit is available here

Both are decent pieces of software.

If you are looking for a way to save screen prints to the cloud, then LightShot is a wonderful tool which can be downloaded here. There are many other similar pieces of software available, but I've found that LighShot is easy to use and meets my needs quite nicely.

Shortcut key or Software for printing screen

If you are referring to taking a snapshot of your current screen, the default shortcut key is the Print Screen button on the upper right of your keyboard next to the F12 function key. In my computer, I use third-party software called “Screen Capturer” to take a snapshot of my screen but the program also uses the Print Screen button to capture the snapshot of the current screen.

I’m not sure if you can change the shortcut key used for the Print Screen or for capturing the screen unless you have a program that uses or assigns a different button or shortcut key for screen capturing.
