I am unable to Sign up or Log in to the America Online E-mail, why? How to fix this problem and what are the reasons due to which I am getting the Error code 420 during sign up and log in?

Sign Up, And Log In Results In An Error Code 420

When I try to Sign up on a free E-mail pioneering company American Online, it sends me to an error page showing me the Error code 420; one reason is that there is some problem in your computer registry due to which there is an interrupt between your computer and American Online.

The problem with your browser: If you try to login to American Online using a different browser and you log in successfully then there is the problem with your browser and you need to update the browser.
