Simcity 4 Tools Unhandled exception has occurred

For a couple of years I am exercising SC4 Tool and immediately I at this time upgraded to Windows 7. I am using SC4 Tool for Windows 7 completely from a month and at this time. However I explored it at the present day exercising the TE Editor, an error message occurs.

This showed at the time I try to pull the street (or any transit network) tile from the right column onto the lot. I have the updated FSHLib.dll (0.3.1.32186), on Windows XP compatibility mode and entire Aero elements disabled. As I said earlier, I was using SC4 Tool for Windows 7 for the last month with no issue and present this error occurs at this time. Does anybody know how to resolve this?

Hello,

I searched SimCity forums and found a solution for your problem. According to users with similar problems as you're, you should disable Aero and Desktop compatibility mode. In order to do that locate .exe file of SimCity then right mouse click on .exe file, go to the compatibility tab and check "Disable desktop composition" and "Disable Aero". Now your color scheme should change to basic and your game should work with no problems.
