There are tons of similar software's related to Adobe Photoshop. Though from all of these software's, I prefer using Adobe Photoshop especially the latest CS6. It's really a great software with enhanced tools made easy for everyone and more friendly for amateur artist and photographers. The new features are outstanding and can make your work so easy and no hassles and time that's waste. But since you are looking for alternatives, here are some software's:
