I’m having a hard time using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver as a beginner in graphics designing. What is the simple transparent loader gif software other than those two? Thank you!

A Simple Transparent Loader GIF Software for Graphics Design

Hello Tracey,

Actually Dreamweaver is not a software for graphic designing but for develop the web sites. I think you need a software for create GIF animations easily. If it is so you can use software for it. Animated GIF Creator, Active GIF Creator, Animated GIF Banner Maker are examples for such software. Or else you can try this site PICASION.

If you need a transparent background, use Adobe Photoshop to edit the image. (You can cut around the graphic and pastes it on the transparent background. Don’t forget to save it as a PNG image format.)
