Is Skype good for calling International mobile numbers and landlines?

I usually use my phone to call international numbers but I was looking at the Skype rates and they are much cheaper than the telephone subscriber I currently use. Is Skype good for calling International mobile and landline numbers? How is the voice quality? Is it worth spending money to make phone calls from Skype? Suggestions please.

Yes, Skype is good for the international calls.

They offer very cheap rate for international calling. You can choose the package rate from the Skype. The call result is same as you do it while calling to any Skype user. So no problem if you good internet. I prefer you to use this feature of Skype because it is very beneficiary for the users.
