I am using windows XP, with this specification Intel core 2 duo e6400 2.13 GHz, 1 GB ram, and 500 GB SATA 7200 rmp, and previously I had Intel dual core 2.50 e5200, 1 GB ram, and 500 sata, while using windows XP my system is working slow while rendering different movies and games as well, is that a window problem?
Give me the solution please.

Slow working while rendering media.
It could be a window problem, but may be its not because slow video rendering is cause by your processor and your graphics card support.
If your card has best shaders, good bus speed then your work will be faster. But if you have a good card like NVIDIA g210 it has its own turbo cache and that is 1024mb.
Then there will not be any problem of slow media rendering. First you should check your windows, is that bug free?
Then check your graphics card if that support.
And if your window is good and bugs free than change your graphics card that will definitely help you.

Slow working while rendering media.
Its built in graphics card that I am having in my pc, and supports 2.0 shader version. Isn't that enough?

No you don't have a sufficient version if you required fast media rendering. You must have any card that supports 4.0 shader version. There are a lot of graphics cards in market you can search in market. Besides that you just need to upgrade it for better results.
