What should I do if win 32 has encounter a problem and to be closed?

Hi,

Click on start 'Run' and open 'Regedit'

Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM  

CurrentControlSet

Services

Browser

Parameters

Find the Key Name: IsDomainMaster and

set Data: False

Restart Your PC

Solution# 2: Go to 'Run' and open 'cmd' Type 'netsh' in command console then press enter

Then type 'winsock' and press enter and then type reset

In regards with your problem that you may encounter an error running your smartbro modem that the system32 has got an error message. As stated below the description of windows system32: 

Windows System32 directory is a requirements of Microsoft Windows system directory. It is located in C:WindowsSystem32 or in C:Winntsystem32. Many microsoft Windows error message contains system32 directory its because many of the system files in windows uses to run that stored in directory. Maybe is causes an error unless it is missing.
