Hi,

Smart vibration is a feature in which the Smartphone switches to silent mode when the phone is placed in the pocket. This feature saves time and effort required to silence and back and hence makes the phone more intelligent. The smart vibration option is found in many HTC phones, and it works well for other android devices too.

 

The sensor on the phone basically detects whether it is present in a tight environment like inside a pocket. Once the smart vibration is enabled the sensors looks out for changes in motion, and automatically switches to silent mode and back.

 

 

Other features is that the amount of vibration, it’s patterns, time etc can be customized according to the need. This feature can be used in HTC phones and all Android devices
