Smartphone camera freeze when taking pictures

Hi there

I have a LG G2 Smartphone which is freezing every time I am taking photos in silent mode, the camera will capture the image then hang and am forced to reboot the phone to get it working, what could be cause of this? How do I solve it?

Smartphone camera freeze when taking pictures

Hi !

You have to reset your video camera on your phone to the default settings. If the problem still appears you have three last solutions:

1) Run an antivirus software on your phone.

2) Reset the phone to the factory settings.

3) You have to go with your phone to a service with the warranty certificate and they will replace your phone with a new one.
