Smartphone losing settings to defaults

Hi there,

I have a LG G2 Smartphone which is driving me nuts, every time I change my settings, it will lose the settings after every screen switch off, ringtones, wallpaper, color schemes and even contact settings, what could be the cause for such a problem? how can I keep my settings on this phone?

Smartphone losing settings to defaults

Hi !

It is a software problem. Probably these errors have been created by installing some unwanted applications, or is a bug from Android OS. This will continue to happen until you will reset your phone to the factory settings to restore the previous and main settings. Also go to an authorized service to run a diagnosis of memory and if it is required they will install a new clean Android OS.
