Smartphone not playing embedded videos

Hi,

I have LG G2 Smartphone running on KitKat 4.4.1  which is not playing embedded Videos on Netflix.com or YouTube,  when I tap on the play button, the video keeps loading and it won't play, what could be the problem? How do I get video working?

Smartphone not playing embedded videos

Hi Barb,

The reason that your LG G2 Smartphone is not playing embedded Videos on Netflix.com or YouTube could be due to firmware problem on your dlink router. To fix this, try rebooting your router, unplugging it and plugging it back in again. You can also try to update the firmware on your dlink router and see if the videos will play.
