Smartphone randomly switching off when browsing

Hi there,

I have an LG G2 Smartphone which is randomly going off when I surf  the net using Chrome browser which is preinstalled on the device, when I use Opera mini browser which I downloaded from the market, the phone does not switch off, what could be the problem? How do I fix this?

I think the issue happened because some how the chrome version in your android got corrupted. I suggest you to follow either of the options. Firstly, you may want to reset your phone to default factory setting, which ideally sets the phone back to its original state when it was purchased. Before doing that, ensure you have taken backup of all your applications and software’s in the external memory. Alternatively, you may first un-install the google chrome from your phone, perform a restart and then log in the android market (Playstore) to download free version of the chrome browser.
