SMS Reader Android in PC

Is there any SMS Reader Android in PC that will enable me to read SMS from my PC.

I would like to have backups of SMS from my mobile to my PC for future reference, as it is related to my work.

I should also be able to view the SMS on the PC.

Please guide me about how to achieve this.
