Snagit record computer screen video maker, can COM server play videos?

Snagit record computer screen video maker can also capture images and sound. It comes with a COM server which can be used to record the screen from within a Visual Studio application (does it support C#.NET or just VB.NET?). Anyway my question is whether I can use the COM server to play videos recorded with Snagit, in fact I would like a smaller video such as an FLV to play can it play those? What is the purpose of the Snagit COM server?

With the use of the Snagit COM Server, you can easily integrate your Snagit's screen capture function and flush it to your applications, with these, like if you're making a tutorial of some programs, you can easily flush the tutorials into your COM server, but make sure that it comes with a COM program, just to make your syncing a success
